I really enjoyed the "Journey On Relaxation" exercise. After a busy day at work, it was very helpful last night. I think it's amazing how you can feel so many feelings throughout your body just from believing, focusing and relaxing. It doesn't take much practice but a lot of people just don't try. I think about people who spend ridiculous amounts of money searching for ways to unwind and find peace when true peace is all in the mind.

ReplyDeleteFirst off, I loved your pics from your run! Looks like you live in a beautiful place:) I also enjoyed the relaxation exercise and found it to be beneficial. I felt refreshed after. I seldom take the time to meditate or do any type of relaxation exercise, but going forward I plan on making more of an effort to do so! With a little practice, I think it can be something I look forward to doing on a regular basis.

ReplyDeleteIt’s always a great joy to see fellow runners who love the outdoors, beautiful photos (I hate treadmills). I agree most of us just spend more time trying to find things to make us feel and look better. When we already have the tools to do it with I guess for most it’s the actual starting part that gets them. Keep Running and keep snapping!
