Mental Fitness

After considering each of the exercises that I've learned, I determined that the subtle mind and universal loving kindness are most beneficial to me. I can use both of these in my personal life to foster my mental fitness. The subtle mind exercise is going to help me achieve a personal goal of being able to clear my mind and block out mental chatter as well as other distractions. Universal loving kindness is going to help me to increase my capacity of love that I show to myself, family, friends, coworkers, strangers and my future clients. I would be able to let go of negative thoughts, grudges and anger so that I can really feel a deeper level of happiness and peace within.

    There is a sense of peace letting go of past emotions or feeling that are negative. Whether is be toward someone or something in particular. There will be less stress in your life and more love by doing this one thing. Good luck with your continued success with inner peace and spiritual health.

    love kindness did help also to really let go of post hurts that I thought I had dwelt with. It did freed me from the suppressed anger and allowed me to be more transparent with my family and friends. it has also helped me have a more focused and beneficial meditation sessions.

    I think both of these exercise will really help free your mind of anger, pain, and suffering to allow healing and happiness to take over. Being able clear your mind and allowing yourself to love not only you, but those around you could only lead to more happiness!
